FIITJEE follows a Dynamic Training Need Identification & Bespoke Training Modules for the desired development of joinees.

For the Teaching Track - Selected faculty, after joining, will have to undergo training at Delhi or Chennai or Hyderabad. However, training can happen/continue at any FIITJEE Centre location, after posting. For joinees showing potential for Business Track also – relevant (sub domain specific e.g. identified potential indicates excellent seminar conduction abilities) training modules will have to be attended and the time and duration of such modules is dynamic and analytically arrived at.

During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in the respective track, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training. FIITJEE is the only institute that gives structured and complete training even to the faculty members. The aim of the training is to ensure that each joinee Thorough in his domain e.g for the Teaching Track he/she is absolutely thorough in his / her subject and proficient in all such activities which assist in imparting extraordinary & transformational training to young aspirants preparing for various entrance examinations. Training will also aim to instill FIITJEE's culture, traditions, systems, values, ethics, mission, and vision in the new joinees, besides awareness of individual roles and responsibilities towards the organization and related personal growth. Generally training period is of 3 months. However, depending on the performances, the duration can be reduced or increased. Training is compulsory for all the candidates irrespective of their past experiences. Keep your learning attitude and mind open to get the maximum benefit during training and even after that. And depending on the performance during training, salary can be increased at the start of probation for extraordinary performers.

India – Delhi & NCR (South Delhi, Dwarka, East Delhi, Punjabi Bagh, Janak Puri, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida & Faridabad), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dhanbad, Durgapur, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Meerut, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Prayagraj, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Shaktinagar, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vellore, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam. Faculty will also be selected for FIITJEE World Schools (Hyderabad), FIITJEE International School (Vijayawada), FIITJEE Global School (Chennai & Vellore) and other FIITJEE Associate Schools all over the country at the above mentioned cities.

Career Progression & Growth in FIITJEE

After completion of training period, there will be a probationary period of 6 months followed by confirmation and depending upon your performance, this may get extended or reduced. For extraordinary performers, salary can be increased at the time of confirmation too.
